The Healthy Homebirth Course Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healthy Homebirth Course ("Course") and any related materials, resources, or services provided by The Healthy Homebirth Course (“We" or "Us"). By enrolling in the Course, you ("You" or "Student") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Course Access and Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or display the Course materials except as permitted by these Terms. You agree to use the Course materials in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Course materials, including all text, graphics, images, and other content, are the exclusive property of The Healthy Homebirth and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors.

Payment and Refund Policy

You agree to pay the course fee in full at the time of enrollment. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or related to the Course or these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Healthy Homebirth Course and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Course or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GA, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Course after any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
